Professional growth is a lot like going to the gym. One intense workout will not transform your body, and one workshop will not transform your teaching. Progress comes from consistency: exploring new tools, updating our methods, reflecting on our practice, and learning a little every day.

AI is powerful, but it cannot replace a teacher’s passion, creativity, or human connection. It simply gives us more time and better tools to focus on what matters most: inspiring our students.
